Based half a year in Tampere, Finland, and half a year in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, I get to work with amazing couples from all over the world.

As a wedding photographer, my goal is to capture genuine moments and turn them into art. I love to put an emphasis on creative shots. I want to make photographic art that stems from your lived experience. Art that you can cherish for the rest of your life.

My style and philosophy

My style of wedding photography is emotional, creative, and softly intimate. I emphasize genuine moments, touches, emotions, and encounters. When shooting wedding portraits, I guide the couple towards genuine interaction and movement with each other, and capture the real moments that follow.

My goal is to make my clients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. On your wedding day, I want you to focus on each other - not on feeling nervous in front of the camera.

For me, delicate photo editing is an important part of the process. In my final galleries, I love warm images with moody undertones, intentional softness, film-like feel and grain, and the intimacy accentuated by carefully chosen black and white images.

The wedding day often passes by quickly from start to finish, but documentary photography captures the emotions, moments, and details of your special day as visual memories that last forever.

The whole process

  • You inquire for availability and full pricing.

  • We can schedule a phone call / video chat
    to go through your photography needs and the vision for your wedding day.

  • Your date is reserved by signing a wedding photography contract and paying a retainer fee.
    (The amount is dependent upon the package you select)

  • After booking we’ll be in touch by email. If the schedule of your wedding day wasn’t yet clear upon book, we’ll have another meeting about a month before the wedding day. During this meeting, we go through the wedding day schedule from the perspective of photography and carefully plan the couple's portraits together.

  • After your wedding day, you receive a sneak peek of your photos within three days.

  • You receive your full gallery within four weeks.
